Wall Mural (Summer 2020)
I put the lyrics of a Unitarian Universalist song, "Spirit of Life" into an artistic rendition. Rainbow colors were also a bonus.
This was my first time working on a stone canvas, so I used outdoor paints. To test my skills (or save money) I only bought white, black, and primary (red, yellow, blue) colored paint. The orange, green, and purple all had to be mixed to perfection.

Wall Mural (Summer 2020)
This was what our backyard wall originally looked like before any paint! I powerwashed the wall to remove excess dirt before layering a whole bucket of white paint. In my hand, I'm holding my makeshift paint mixer, and I'm donning a mask to avoid the strong fumes.
Front Door Paint (Summer 2020)
Our front door blended in a little too well with the rest of our beige house, so I decided to give it a fresh coat! The green tape is meant for rough outdoor surfaces and helped me from painting on the windows.
Front Door Paint (Summer 2020)
My finished design came out beautifully; it really brought out the door as a centerpiece. Hummingbirds and flowers detail this piece in glorious, vibrant colors. I would expect nothing less!
Bathroom Sink (Summer 2020)
I had great ideas for this piece - yet another "odd" canvas, but I accepted the challenge with determination!
Bathroom Sink (Summer 2020)
I was working with a lot of color, shadows, and realism using my acrylic paints. While I would've liked for more blending, I think the view is majestic (especially in comparison to what it looked like before).
Denim Jacket 1 (Summer 2019)
This was my first time working with clothing to produce artwork, and I really like how it came out! I'm a big fan of colors, as I'm sure you can see.
Denim Jacket 2 (Summer 2019)
I realized the beautiful comparisons between Bengal tigers and Monarch butterflies, with their stripes, colors, and elegance, so I combined both of them. The words read "Peace and Love" in English to add to the beauty of this piece.
Denim Jacket 3 (Summer 2019)
I always loved the idea of a wreath of colorful roses with bumblebees - so I made it! I found that roses are truly formed by playing with shadows, so you will notice the darker shades that shape them.
Custom Piece (Summer 2019)
I was provided with overalls and fabric paint and told to paint sunflowers. Needless to say, I added whatever my artistic heart desired! Lots of color here, once again - my client adored it.
Weimaraner Dog (Fall 2020)
This was created during a group art session led on Zoom at my school. Step by step, the lead artist guided us through painting this dog, emphasizing colors and shapes throughout.
Prophets of Oshun (Spring 2021)
During a live concert on Zoom with the band Oshun on the last day of Black History Month, I wanted to draw the lead singers. Although these are sketches, I tried to capture their beauty and unique characteristics along with some of what they said after their performance.
Food Art (Fall 2018)
This piece was lovingly created with watercolors and ink to materialize the features. It was an event hosted by the BC Art Guild. Afterwards, I promptly ate my lunch!
Memorial (Spring 2020)
This piece is of my brother, who we lost to suicide several years ago. I wanted to commemorate him and his memory, while also testing my charcoal skills, since I love its effect and ease of creating realistic eyes.
